Dr. William Cowan has been practicing chiropractic medicine for over 20 years. He is a graduate from the National College of Chiropractic and is also Board Certified as a Chiropractic Sports Physician. Dr. Cowan has extensive post graduate training and experience in physical rehabilitation medicine and has lectured to family practice residents on the management of neck and lower back pain. Dr. Cowan was appointed by the governor and served for six years on the Delaware Board of Chiropractic. He also served as President of the Board. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and Delaware Chiropractic Society.
